The Dremel I like.but the battery did not fit into the dremel.what good is that. I really can't even give it one star but it is the lowest I can go.
Hobby Warehouse did a great job of sending the product promptly. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong battery pack, but Hobby Warehouse is being very hospitable in replacing the battery pack with the correct one. I would definitely recommend using them.
Awfully expensive for 4 AA bateries. Tearing apart old pack, I discovered it comes apart relatively easily and batteries inside can be replaced for much less cost.
The battery pack was as offered and worked correctly after charging. Delivery was quick.
The product was exactly as described, the packaging was excellent and thedelivery was unexpectedly prompt.
